Moving through friendly neutrals

Columbia and Brazil are pro-Allies (Axis attacked true neutrals), and the US is at war.

Two American mechanised infantry are in Central America.

One mechanised infantry moves and activates Colombia.

Now obviously the mechanised infantry in Colombia can’t move further.

But can the other mechanised infantry then move into Brazil? Thank you!

Rulebook, Europe 1940.2 page 10:
“Friendly neutrals may not be attacked, and air units
may not fly over them. They can be moved into (but
not through) as a noncombat move by land units of a
power that is at war (see “Noncombat Move,” page 22).”

As all movement happens simultaneously both Mech Inf units move to Colombia at the same time. No unit is allowed to move through Colombia to Brazil, then.

Also remember (page 10 following the above):
"This moves the territory out of its neutral status at the
end of the Noncombat Move phase, however. "

So Colombia becomes US controlled territory not before all moves are done!
