It looks like the players - once again - have to take care of the game rules themselves. As v1 rules differ from the Europe 1999 -rulebook.
Is it just me, or is Chess not available to everyone?

I can’t play TripleA chess on local games. Is it my computer’s problem or a problem with TripleA? If it’s just my problem, how do I solve it?
-
How can we guess what the problem is?
-
If you can access it, then I would know it’s my computer’s problem. Whenever I start a local game against myself and press play, an error screen (or something like it) pops up.

Please describe your problem as detailled as possible. Then it is a lot easier for those trying to help you. The second sentence that you just edited is a good start.
Also you should add a screenshot of the error or quote the error message.
Most of the time there is a “Report to TripleA” button that you should execute and then report here what happens.
