    @ksmckay ok we will try the conservative approach just to see how passive allies can be in the pac. I thought I had another turn before you could move where you did. If you hadnt made that move then I think it was definitely over. I still think allies will be fine but lets see how it goes.

  • ok I think let’s just call this experiment good. unless I’m playing the axis all wrong, doesn’t seem like the SL strategy I chose had any real chance. I think delaying Japan’s dow is just too costly, allowing America to meddle too aggressively in Europe. you played it very well, you’re definitely getting to be more challenging of an opponent. this gives us some more experience with this type of SL, which is good to have, since it’s not a common case.

    honestly if you play carefully and smart, you should pose a good challenge to Adam. good luck in that!

    @axis-dominion Yep, I agree. This one is over as while you can get Hawaii you cant easily get India or Australia and Europe is hosed to the point that I can probably invest fully in Pac with US which will be richer with Western Europe cut off to you.

    Im interested in how much different this would be with a G3 but the G4 seems like it lets UK Pac get a little too strong. I dont see what else Axis could have done other than what you tried the first time which while you were unluckier I also had less idea of what to do in Europe.

    Fun to play this style of game though so thanks for switching things up so we could try something different.
