    ok, thats new Italy and Germany. I put in old french moves, but feel free to adjust them or anzac troops in Egypt.

    Germany is very different than it was. So I think it makes sense to completely redo Russia. Then I will incorporate the new setup through japan into the 1.9 file and we can proceed.
