I am playing a casual game of BM3 (3.0) with Canada being a separate faction instead of under British’s domain. I noticed in the game that China does not spawn guerrillas in Japan’s territories not garrisoned by a land unit. The notes differ as to also in that China gets another +3 for their Objective. Is this a compensation or a bug rather?

yah, it was slightly worse in my local mode for you too! yeah 0 for 8 on aa guns always hurts since the casualties are planes. I should have attacked z36! But I would rather see how things play out. I feel good about my spain move. I wish I had thought of it previously.
