    THANK YOU SWITCH!

Doing my McCain is too a conservative dance

ah, the success of reality.  it always wins.

  • so can we say it now

    McCain wins

he s the man this year 8-)

    As I showed:

He’s hardly a conservative, the links don’t really show him to be one and the data is circumspect.  Does it go over his whole life?  Well then military service counts a little and having faith too.  But I don’t think EITHER is making him a conservative today.

    AND

The Reagan family views him as unconservative.  Since Reagan redefined what it is to be conservative, that means that he does NOT meet the definition of conservative.

And if, by some fluke, he does win the primary, it will be the worst Republican Turn out in November in the history of the United States of America.

  • ACU uses an objective standard.

Sean Hannity thinks Guilianni is conservative
Rush Limbaugh thinks that McCain is a Liberal
Michael Savage thinks McCain is a Conservative
Boortz thinks McCain and Hillary combined are the Anti-Christ.

It is just a matter of how objective you want to be…

  • @ncscswitch:

Boortz thinks McCain and Hillary combined are the Anti-Christ.

    who is Boortz

    let me guess

    Jehowas witness

  • Neal Boortz.  Libertarian talk show host out of Atlanta, about 400 stations in syndication.

it will be “the worst republican turnout in history”  why is that, b/c jen wont be there.

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

  • Jen one question for you

lets say if you would been high positioned in Republican party and
if McCain would ask you to be his VicePresident would you accept it

this is theoretically but honestly, i want to know

who knows, what can happen in 4years if he goes again for the White House

  • common man isnt so bad as you re tryin to point him out

we just need you to say that you would rather see Hilary then him in the White House

Jen, a firm conservative…but i think you would like rather him than Hillary, or am i wromng???

  • I would accept being running mate to ANY candidate… Hillary, McCain, even Hitler if he was running

  • '18 '17 '16 '11 Moderator

Sure, I’d be his VP because I’d be one heart beat away from being the first woman president.  A heart beat I would be VERY close too, mind you.  And, if he did survive, I’d be perfectly positioned to tell the country all about his mistakes and how I had to hold his hand through every decision so he didn’t have a heart attack when a conservative decision was made in the white house.  How I single handedly instructed the marines to keep the democrat elite out of the white house at all possible opportunities so that republicans could be staged close to McCain and influence his decisions. :P

    But, back to reality.

    I would prefer Hillary.

Hillary is a declared democrat.  When Hillary screws up the nation, Conservatives can use her like they did Jimmy Carter to get a real conservative in later.

And Balung, I’m not kidding.  Read some letters to the editor.  Look at some polls.  Republicans, by an large, are NOT turning out for McCain.  His supporters are primarily of people who consider themselves liberal.  Well, if they consider themselves liberal, how do you think they are gong to vote in November?  For the Junior League Liberal, or the the real mccoy?

  • The polls disagree with you Jen…

McCain is favored 2 to 1 over Romney, and that is coming from FOX News (not exactly a bastion of liberal ideology…)

  • 2007 AAR League

I’m in the “Anybody but McCaine” camp.  I’ll vote for Mitt on Tuesday, I would have prefered Thompson or Guliani.  If McCaine gets the nomination, I will seriously conisder sitting this one out.  If were gonna have a liberal president, I’d prefer that person had a D in front of their name.

  • I will never sit out an election.

I may vote 3rd party (and often do), but I will NEVER abdicate the right to vote that so many generations before me fought and died to give me the right to cast…

  • '18 '17 '16 '11 Moderator

Fox isn’t exactly the bastion of conservatism or liberalism.  It’s neutral.

However, if McCain gets the nomination, this will be one republican voting democrat.  I don’t care if McCain figures out how to resurrect Reagan AND Nixon, makes Reagan his Veep and Nixon his Chief of Staff.  I’ll STILL vote for the Democrat just so I get a SECOND chance to vote against McCain.

  • @Cmdr:

I’ll STILL vote for the Democrat just so I get a SECOND chance to vote against McCain.

so , you agree :? that Senator McCain will win this elections and thus, if he lives to candidate for another term then you can vote against him, one more time

  • '18 '17 '16 '11 Moderator

No, I said IF he wins on Tuesday I will still vote against him.

I’m not conceding McCain as winner.  Romeny isn’t, so why should I?

  • FOX does lean a little to the right Jen. Farther than Conservatives will admit, but it is no where near as far right as the liberals try to label it as.

And Jen, your hatred of McCain is clouding your judgment. On domestic issues, he is a democrat, but on the most important issue of our time, the war with Islam, McCain has always supported our endeavors. When the communists, oops, I mean Democrats where rejoicing over an American defeat in Iraq, it was McCain who said that more soldiers where needed, and what do you know? It’s working! The Army boys aren’t incompetent, they can defeat the terrorists, but they aren’t Marines so they just needed more personnel.

Hillary Clinton or Barrack Obama would destroy all of the progress that has been made here.

  • @ncscswitch:

thats exactly why sitting out isn’t an option.

i won’t sit it out if McCain gets the nomination. i also won’t vote D.
i will instead use that wounderfull box at the bottom that has a line next to it where i can write my own. i havn’t decided if it’s better to put Romney or Reagan there though. i’m leaning Mitt as if there became a large enough support in write in’s it may be noticed and let it be shown that it wasn’t a Liberal win, but a McCain loss.
the other option of Reagan is to show that i voted conservative on princable above all else.

  • Sean Hannity might be a good choice Pervavita.
