After playing a few games I have come to find it is heavy into the Allie’s. Just the number of IPCs they make and no unit restrictions is almost impossible to deal with. Anyone got suggestions on how the axis win?

Hi Admiral_Yamamoto,
AARHE is a house rule but we considered 1939 a variant hence discussion and URLs were in the variant setion.
The rules URL above is just a cover page.
The map URL is in Adobe Illustrator format. Adobe Acrobat Reader may not display everything in the file.
So if you need PNG you can use this2007-12-20 PNG export

thanks guys. How do I open the mediafire files? what programs do i need?

To view the files you can DL adobe reader or Trial version ( free) of adobe illustrator or even photoshop.
To DL the file and not view just save to desktop or disk, then take to printers who have Illustrator CS2
