I don’t think it says either way, which is why I have all these questions.
So um, do you wanna update the first post to include the links at
since all the yourfilehost.com links are dead?
Lets use your BBG links in their place. If you can get them ill change my sticky to correspond to the links.
I already posted the links earlier.
Click on “Quote from: tekkyy…” and it’ll take you to my post.
I am about to print out the map again.
The Spanish translation of your map prompted me to do some tweaks to the icons.
I also added in icons for neutral army so you don’t have to look up the table.

@Imperious:
You should dump the squares with that anchor and put the ports inside on the territory. make the anchor white and the box the same color as the territory so we dont have to see those lame boxes and slit our throats
surprised you didn’t make buryatia a port.  there are way to many of them. i aso think there are too many victory cities too.
LMFAO!!
Oh yeah you still haven’t replaced the links in your first post with these.

Actually all 4 versions (standard/italy, plain/setup) of the map still has Sahara as “Impassable” rather than “Desert” lol.
And to be easier for my print outs I might even put “Strait Interdiction” and terrain bonuses on the map too.
Maybe we should have a list of known issues haha.
naw … no more changes… that is done.
actually replace the dead links with these even newer links
on my ISP webspace so won’t be inactive deleted
fixed a few typos here and there (eg. UK player aid battleship was still 24 IPC, just picked it up in a game)

Updated “standard” map:
Honululu, Tobruk and Dakar VC added.
Hong Kong VC replaced Shanghai.
Astrakhan VC replaced Almaty.
Gibraltar, Argentina, Peru, New Zealand, China now mountainous.
(AARHE’s “standard” map is a map that keeps revised’s IPC and unit setup. The only border change is that Baltic Sea can no longer access Western Europe. Information are added to help new players.)
edit: two broken links are fixed by adding “_”
Put these latest links up.

I found a solution to the certain symbols (like IPC icons) in our illustrator file disappearing in PDF and photoshop.
You can “fix” the symbols.
The VCP icons works. But the IPC icons don’t.
One difference. The IPC icons have text.
Break link to the symbols.
I’ll post 300dpi files shortly.
And we can now use adobe reader to view the .ai files. After those changes.
ok fine.

fixed: Switzerland missing IPC icon
these links don’t work. just blank screen
white screen?
its probably the white border
remember its 300dpi so if your browser is not set to auto zoom out…hehe
oh and browers don’t tend to load TIFF
regardless, you can do right click and go Save-As
by the way I just realise Spain’s mountainous terrain was left out hehe
further small fixes
fixed: added missing Spain mountainous
fixed: added missing Turkey destroyer
change: increased battleship icon size so its easier to tell part from destroyer

(remember you need to right click and go Save Target As…)
or save link as…
