Art , Trucks and Tanks are needed on their first go. Then Fts and more Tanks on subsequent turns. You are right to say that France’s two unit buy for Oran is very useful and necessary.

@CentralCommando @SuperbattleshipYamato Thank you for explaining. I feel they should cost 4 it is more realistic. But for 3 and a 2 or less not bad at all if the opponent has a ton of aircraft. They are also good for defending Malta.

AI is trash when it comes to Axis and Allies. I asked it a few times, it only gives very generic info that’s not really helpful. Still, a specialized AI explicitly tasked with coming up with Axis and Allies strategies and loaded with all the rules and maps could be very helpful (although it doesn’t exist yet).

GMT Games and MultiMan Publishing are two game companies that support their games with TripleA like downloads on open source websites. I have it on good authority from people in both that this has helped with sales as opposed to hurt.

I hope, one day, that the Axis and Allies community can rise to this level. Albeit everyone signing NDAs all over the place is the root of stifled opportunities and I …grudgingly… understand individuals being fearful as a result. Alas.

It would take two Turns to do this.

Turn 1: During the Phase 6: Deploy Reinforcements and Assign Convoy Escorts Place units from your Reinforcement Zone to Gibraltar (UK’s Staging Territory). NOTE - Gibraltar has an SL of 2 so only 2 units may be placed there at any time. Supply Tokens do not apply to this limit.

Turn 2: During the Phase 6: Deploy Reinforcements and Assign Convoy Escorts place as many units as you want from Gibraltar, a staging area, to the Malta Convoy Zone.
