@koala ah…one of the rules regarding carrier scrambles is that they only activate in the ruleset, even if the engine allows it; to defend when surface warships are in the zone…tts have no combat value so for the purposes of ptv they dont activate the cv scramble.
Scrambles from airfields against undefended tts still happen as per the normal ruleset -
