The major fix is that Russia now automatically gets 4 IPCs less if Archangel is German-controlled and the Soviet Convoy Center is Russian-controlled (in which case the Russian player shouldn’t be collecting the IPCs from the Convoy Center).

@Panther Could you please help us with this? I am consistently getting Java Heap Space errors when booting up big maps several times consecutively (that is, starting a game, then leaving a game wihtout exiting the program and then starting it again).
I often do this when playing by email when I messed up something and don’t want to have undo or edit everything.
I tried to change triplea.vmoptions but it says I don’t have the rights to change the file while I am administrator…
