While I do think I could’ve made some progress in Spain and liberated London, I felt there was little chance of winning the IPC race once the Soviets grabbed Africa.

I’m open to continue playing. If not, I’m thinking of giving the Armies a 300% IPC multiplier while giving the Navies a 200% IPC multplier (so the Navies have 2/3 of the Armies’ multiplier instead of half) as a way to balance the game (more IPCs means more units, which generally means more fun).

But we’ll continue playing first.
