Some notes:

1.) I edited the ART in Serbia to an INF because by game rules, all armies must have at least 1 INF in them.
2.) I changed the INF in Serbia from Neutral to Russian in accordance with game rules. This shouldn’t actually matter since the Austrians will probably finish them off next turn.

3.) Naturally, the 1 Serbian INF chose to not press combat in Serbia (you are allowed to refuse to conduct combat in a contested zone during your turn).
