@Krieghund Thanks again for all your fast replies. And seems I am getting most issues right.
Having said that: being VERY far removed from your level of (tacit) knowledge of all things A&A among some of the guys (sorry no ladies unfortunately) that I play with I am known as ‘the guy that is looking for rules issues and strange/improbably combinations of rules…’ - and in this case: cards :)
British factory turn 1. South Africa or Egypt?
-
What have people found to be the most effective factory location for turn 1?**
-
The more risky Egypt? Possible that Germany could take it over?
-
Less risky, but more longer “return on investment” South Africa one?
** I’m assuming the rules for 1942, where Britain has a factory in India (where I 90% of the time build 3 infantry per a turn there).

@jiwke I think you posted this in the wrong board. You can’t build new factories in AAZ. You have to stick with the ones already on the map.
-
DMM ( @domanmacgee ) is right.
Besides:
- India’s value is 2 IPCs
- One can only build infantry in India (there is no ‘full factory’ there)
But if you do play Axis and Allies Z (AAZ) with the house rule of building new factories: please tell us how these games went.
