@cornelis-post i thought his left jawbone was found ?
@The-Captain never knew that. I guess no need for the heavy artillery if you’re gonna shoot yourself in the head lol.
Well, it’s not over yet. japan has turned into a monster. Probably shoulda built some Bombers last turn.
Getting ready to roll another round : )
-
Yes they can!
-
-
The Wehrmacht was able to destroy the American Tank Army in Northern Italy but suffered heavy Luftwaffe casualties.
Is this their Last Gasp ?
Manpower is almost completely depleted.
-
Paris Liberated ! British Across The Rhine !
The situation is critical for Deutscheland . Unbeknownst to the fuhrer, some party officials are putting out peace feelers to the Western Allies.
-
No it’s not!
-
I don’t know how I feel about those. Total death was the only way for an honourable (and rule following) loss. But now…
Japan must win!
-
The Wehrmacht has made it to the gates of moscow. Unfortunately for them, there isn’t much Wehrmacht left.
-
Stalin should eject the British, Americans, and French out of their soil. Might start insurgent operations after this war.
-
It’s now late in 1950. The Eastern Front has deteriorated into a hodgepodge of surviving units. The Germans are trying to put together some semblance of a line in the north but Army Group South is no more. A Minor Factory was hastily built in Novgorod to help stabilize the line and hopefully slow the American breakout from the south.
The Russians are hard pressed as well. The two Titans of Europe are definitely fighting to the death.

@barnee
How is the economic situation ? -
@the-captain G1 Late 1950 with objectives:
Allies 224
Axis 164Their largest lead since early in the war. Without, I’m showing a projected:
Allies 194
Axis 139So, actually, the Allies have achieved Economic Victory. Kinda forgot about that :)
Berlin probably gonna fall this turn. Be close anyway. Was a fun game. Did the J2 attack and was able to get the DEI. Axis were looking rough mid game though, rd 10 or so, but they rallied.
I think USA needed to put just a little more direct pressure on Germany as well. The Mediterranean worked out eventually but logistics are more difficult. It did isolate some Atlantic Wall defenders in Norway and Denmark though.
-
@The-Captain actually I forgot to deduct the Advanced Production Capacity so the War continues.
Adjusted totals:
Allies 174
Axis 119 -
@barnee @The-Captain I can’t remember. Does this mean the extra dough for the Pacific Islands doesn’t count either ?
the IPC that each Nation receives from National Objective and Bonus Income and Advanced
Production Capacity etc. do not count towards the IPC level required for the Winning Conditions. -
Complete Chaos
-
Go Japan! Also, how did this happen?
-
@barnee
The Winning Conditions for an Economic Victory are fulfilled when one side reaches this Combined IPC Level after France’s turn:- Axis: 148 IPC
- Allies: 189 IPC
At the Expanded National Production Chart you must add up the totals for each Nation.
Example:
Check out my Game Report from 21st. December 2021 - there you can see a picture of the Expanded National Production Chart.Add up all totals for all Allied Nations. The Allies win an Economic Victory in Early 1945 - with a Combined IPC Level at 194 IPC.
The number of IPC (cash) that each Nation has in it’s treasury is of no importance concerning the Economic Victory conditions.
-
@the-captain right on so just the printed IPC values count. triplea does this correctly.
They have a total production of 233 but only 174 printed on board value. My last question is Celebes. We gave it an extra buck to boost to 4 with The Expanded Pacific Ocean so triplea doesn’t count it. Should that extra buck count or not ? Celebes is a hot spot and that 1 dollar could make a difference.
Thanks
-
Yes - Celebes should count as “4”.
I’ll correct that in the Rules Clarification - and the Updated Rulebook for Axis & Allies Global 1940 House Rules Expansion.
Thanks for question:+1:
-
@the-captain yea I remember it was talked about before but wasn’t sure. Cool a +1 add is easy enough to keep track of.
