apparently your game…I miscalculated by one transport which I could have easily bought. How did you know that I screwed up…battle calculator???
@max334 9 or 10 is the standard for sealion…you only have 7/8 depending on what the fleet in 109 do…you were already 2 planes down from the taranto raid and with an almost full buy in the UK (luckily I built a small garrison last round!) plus the canadians taking scotland back your chances of getting it and holding were fairly small!
With low luck as well I can do the math and work out within a bit what is needed to keep the odds low. But you never know!

@max334 if you had blocked sz119 I would have escorted the tts with my destroyer and with a fighter from london it would have been 5 rolling against 2…pretty sure I would have won and the 4 troops and 1 fighter in scotland would still take your guys in 1 round…11 or under needed on 2d6.

The DD would block in sz118. The Canadians would not be able to reach Scotland. Consider it pls, but if you’re dead set against it, I will post your victory

@max334 Never tried it…I’ve won as allies every time its been attempted against me. (not that that means anything!) Everything has to go right and even if it does you normally only have a couple of units left in england, the luftwaffe is wrecked, the US destroy whats left of the german fleet and the russians start taking East Europe jumping their income up past germanys. You get 35-40 ipcs for taking england, and a 15 ipc income from the territory as long as you have it…nowhere near enough to replace whats been destroyed. Buts thats just my opinion.
