    You can only scramble a total of 3 planes from a single airbase, Per the rules:

    “In situations where a territory containing an air base is adjacent to more than one sea zone (UK and SZ109 & 110, for example), the territory may still only up to 3 fighters and/or tactical bombers, but they may split them between the sea zones in any combination.” (from Europe 2nd Ed. rules page 16).

    Please clarify where to scramble given that limitation.

    TripleA will let you scramble more fighters to other zones, I think its one of those things you have to enforce yourself.  Its kind of like how TripleA will let you sail through a SZ with a sub/transport in it to attack ships behind it, and attack the sub in the same turn, when in reality you can’t do that because attacking the sub turns it into a combat zone so no ships can pass through.
