Ok, so that would have killed both Italian fighters when combined with my 1 hit from my land units.

The Italians got 2 counter strikes, and I’ll take those hits on 1 infantry and 1 fighter.

Sorry that all took so long, the error during that battle took me forever to work out.

I believe that I edited the map file correctly to reflect the results of the battle in Italy, but by all means please double check it.
