I used max defense by default, but I forgot that if you keep your Aa gun till the end that forces me to take the territory. I will choose this option, renouncing to the germany NO.
In my opinion I don’t have to reroll the battle because of on the second round you have thrown 1 dice more and didn’t made any hit neither of them.
So I will take Volgograd with Italy, two inf and one armour. And I would like to make a NCM the three inf from Western Ukraine come back to Ukraine.
