NHL 2014-15 Regular Season
-
The Dallas Stars……what has happened!!!
-
Can’t scrutinize a regular season game too closely, the 82 game grind will produce plenty of clunkers.
-
The NY Rangers take advantage of a Montreal squad who were playing their backup goalie, and who were both emotionally and physically spent after beating the Bruins. (sounds like the Conference final all over again).
-
Habs beat the Red Wings again, great game though!…Carey Price for the Hart.
-
Canucks will make the playoffs! 4 and out probably after though…

It’s all up to Ryan Miller, who knows if he will show up or not.

Yeah, yeah… I hope they go head to head come playoff time.
And yes, Price has perhaps the most legitimate case for the Hart. A likable guy too. I hope he gets it.

Why would you hope for that when the Habs have won every meeting with Detroit this year? don’t you want your team to succeed?

Oh, yes I do want them to succeed. I would just like them to throw the beatdown on Montreal!
In reality, I have no issues with the Canadiens so I don’t hate them or anything. But I do think you are correct. Detroit has struggled against them for some reason (more than just this year, too) and it would not be pleasant to watch. Very stressful for me. But if that’s what it comes down to I will just cringe and peek through covered eyes.

Since the NFL, NBA and even baseball teams are so lackluster the New York media is salivating for a Rangers-Isles playoff matchup. I just hope it’s in the second round, or “division championship.” Still have to get used to the new playoff format.
