VERY VERY lucky. Specially taking into account that they only lost 6 units.

Add another destroyer for the States in sea zone 11.  I believe that should bring it close to balanced.  This will allow the 2 transports to survive putting a lot more pressure on Germany earlier in the game.

Don’t forget the political situation at the time is totally screwed up to… Turkey did, in the end declare war, on Germany, Italy did too and declared war on Japan, Russia and Japan agreed not to attack each other till 1946, Japan recruited troops from Allied control India.

Any official word yet on whether Honalulu is a VC or not? Book says no, map says yes. I have heard 2 different stories now about which to trust.

Ditto!  I’m hoping there is at least an official word on this before the game arrives, preferably a FAQ. :)
