Modern Day Prussia

Do any of you know if the regions of Poland and Russia which was once the heart of Prussia have a large German population? And do these people consider themselves what nationality?

1947 the state Prussia stopped to exist…still tracks remain in whole Germany…most/allmost all city names were switched into polish city names, for example Danzig is now of these days G´dansk…I personally doubt that there is still a Prussian German left after the wild escape and purge of WWII…most people resettled towards the western eastborders of Germany…my Grandma made it to the south of Germany, she lived in the area of Königsberg before, but almost the rest of her Family was wiped out on the Kurisches Haff / Curonian Lagoon…

The province of Swabia still exists in Germany. We’d simply have to overlay a map of former prussia, onto modern day poland/germany.
