OK… lose DD and fighter from the return fire there. Now we land on some worthless patch of desert.

Italy is done. That was a respectable defense from Britain’s fleet. I decided to take planes as casualties instead, leaving the destroyer alive… after… seeing the French navy remnant which goes next…
Collect 13, no NO’s. This turn.
-
France’s destroyer sinks Italian cargo ships costing them 1 IPC.
As much as the rest of the French navy would like to sink Italian ships, the captains decide that they would rather head for a relaxing South American vacation. So the army invades Holland. Moral victory!
Collect nada.

Spend 69I have sort of a complicated scramble decision for you to make this round. I am attacking Scotland, and the amphibious force consists of a transport, a fighter, tac, and strat. The landing force consists of a tac, fighter, infantry, and artillery. You have a choice to scramble (or not) one fighter in Scotland. If it scrambles, it fights my planes (and pins my sub in that sz). If it stays put, it fights my ground forces with air support. Your choice before I roll it.

Combat map posted. I just always forget to post it with the first set of rolls. Terrible losses but took my objectives. Just waiting on the Scots now.
-
The sub can’t join combat so I don’t think it gets pinned.
-
The fighter scrambles against the amphibious assult.

Nothing can stop us!
America does not get into the war because we have not yet taken London. It’s just Scotland after all.
Collect 48 +10 NO -2 convoy = 56.

Didn’t you move all those ships into sea zone 111? How did they move back to the other sea zone?
-
It was just the transport supported by planes that went into that SZ.
-
OK, sorry I thought those came in. The sub did though right? Can that move after combat?
-
It couldn’t participate in the combat so it can move on non-combat.

Kobu suggested the sub was not pinned by the scramble since it could not have participated in the combat in that case. It did not have to take any action, not even submerge, to avoid the combat. I think that makes sense. The sub has the Treat Hostile Sea Zones As Friendly, Can’t be Hit By Aircraft, Can’t Hit Aircraft rules, so it was basically in a friendly sea zone out of combat the whole time.
-
I also suggest that the Axis surrender now. Your position is clearly hopeless.
