That is right, Bulwfi. Any IC On a Chinese territory is removed, when the territory is captured.

the aircraft are committed to the first round of combat…they can retreat if they survive.
You are allowed to send air units into a sea zone that fighters may be scrambled.

I like the salvage question, but I would say roll a d6 for each mech or armor destroyed by Chinese forces, on a roll of 1, that unit is now Chinese.  It’s same odds as SBR getting killed by AA Guns so there is some limited precedent for that target number.  It’s horrible justification, but best I could do on the spur of the moment. lol

Units belonging to other powers may not move into territories belonging to a neutral power.  The most recent alpha setup can be found here.

This is also the other way round, right? With the exception of sea units. And even then, the attacker could ignore the ‘neutral’ sea units if for example German launch naval attack on a UK fleet where there is also a neutral Russian or US ship.

There is no rule against flying over an enemy territory, no matter what’s in it.  It’s perfectly legal.
