I concur!  These are the best I’ve found and the NO board is fantastic!  I’d love to see these updated for the 2nd Ed.!  Exclamation point!

latter that game (the one posted above) i hit 10 out of 10 ones with germany attacking moscow. unforanitly we had to call it a draw because france and russia where dead(no units) it aly lost itas capitol! itwas a disaster they where making 55+ per turn after NOs but i was building a nother fleet to attemp selion mark3 (two other attempts faild)

There is a set of Pacifc Only NOs used for Pac40
There is a set of Europe Only NOs used for Euro40
And there is a set of Global Only NOs

The Global set includes only some from Europe and Pacific, and includes some that are “global only”

well mabe you tweke that abit so you can only do 50% damage to factoreis when attakeing but defending you can kill it if you what

i meant if you attack you can only do 50% damage but defending you can do 100% damage
1damage=1hit
so if you have ten inf and roll 5 2 when defending you can take those hits and damege you indestrey.
