Hey John,

KNP came up with an interesting way to use them which I like a lot, basically you shuffle all the cards and put the deck face down. At the end of Germany’s 2nd turn, Germany draws the top card, if the tech belongs to them… they automatically gain it. So every power that has cards in the deck, will draw the top card at the end of every turn (after round 1)… everyone sees the card drawn and if it’s not claimed, it goes to the bottom. So you don’t want to see other nations draw your card because you probably won’t get a chance at that tech during the game.

That’s awesome, I have long future plans to make new and improved 2nd Editions for both these decks… FYI.
