For every Italian transport in the Mediterranean, the germans can move one land unit for free in any NCM phase.
Kesselring had an uncanny ability and skill in extricating himself from the desperate situations. As commander of the Luftwaffe forces he supported Rommel with supplies to aid the latters exploits in Africa. He also organized attacks on Malta to lift the raids on Italian convoys to africa. For this he is listed in the manner appropriate for his skills.
Eventually he replaced Rommel in the southern front after it was lost. He was the only good thing to come from Italian military leadership because he was a German who understood how to fight war.

Kesselring was commander of the southern front which allocated Both Italian and German supplies, but most of the naval tansport and air transport was italian equipment.
The attacks on Malta had a dramatic effect on the ability to get supplies to africa… prior to that allied planes from malta sunk alot of this cargo heading to africa.
This is why you can now move a German infantry to africa… because kesselring was cleaver enough to keep the supply lines open by attacking the Brits in Malta and his organization of logistics to help and support rommel.

Yes, that is right. He and Mussoline also had the idea to invade Malta, but Rommel later convinced Il Duce (who could overrule Kesselring) that all efforts should be put in taking Cairo.(after he noticed he was making fast progress in Africa) This is one of Rommels biggest mistakes during the War… (this while when he arrived in Tripoli, he told that without the controll of the airspace over the supply lines, the axis can’t win in Africa…)
Maybe replace the U.S. nb. 5 Great Wall NA with;

If germany gets both LRA and heavy bombers they can build special bombers (ME 264) that can move to East USA and back to germany ( 10 spaces total)
This bomber cannot be intercepted nor can ID defense rolls apply. The attacking/defensive values are 5/2 and roll 2 dice on SBR,costing 15 IPC. You have to place a token underneath a Heavy Bomber.
This is IL’s idea that i tried to make an NA off. Not happy yet about it… Thoughts?

++++++ yea good. Alot of people like the Horton bros. and that flying wing that they made to fly in space and destroy cities. This NA at least in part acknowledges their contribution to the war.

====OK make it 12 then… yea just one bomber per turn can do this. You know the Germans had some sub-orbital plane that could have dropped a bomb at such a height and speed that it would have made a huge impact in say new york. They didnt need the A-bomb because the damage from the thing slamming from such a height would have nearly destroyed any city.

If you have both Heavy Bomber and Long Range Aircraft technology, you may build special BMR (bomber) with 12 movement points. It is immune to ID (infrastructure defence) fire. It attacks at 5 and defend at 2. A maximum of 1 can be on the map at any time. You have to place a token underneath the special unit.
About the Regia Marina NA, I checked the downloadable rulebook. Here on the forum you indeed posted correctly.

18. SBR Limitations, Well this is not mine NA, I took it from Harris’s site (Templeton??) I just added the dice text… But i just googled, and found this;
The precision targets were not successful, partly due to the lack of fighter cover and partly due to the construction of Japanese factories, refineries and military institutions. But the US quickly went over to “firebombing” instead, causing huge damage… So maybe dump this NA also
P-51 Mustang, is indeed maybe to much of a struggle to fit into the game. Change to whole combat system for a NA…

Maybe US SBR can target VCP instead of IPC?
Id go along with Micoons post and proposed changes. that p-51 thing causes too many changes… NA’s should be easy tro understand.
Tigers are too redundant with other related items ( heavy tanks tech and SS panzers)
