I think you are making Block Houses too strong; all infantry defend @ 4? That’s too high. It should be a 3.
Also, if you use the HBG Marines and attack with a flamethrower unit, that should negate the block house advantage.

You may have heard it all to often already, but i want to commend you on your work here. Great work on the digital map file.
Question is, Is this the same map as the 1940 2nd edition? What is the difference between the original and the 2nd edition? I am a current owner of the 2nd edition, and want to make a plexi board with no bend/hinge points ;)
P.S. if i knew how i would do the same myself. If i did know how I would like to have all of the set up right on the board, just like it is on the neutral territories. Makes for a much faster set up, which gets you to gaming much quicker… Faster gaming makes a happy gamer :)

It is 2nd edition, change was Canada went to one area ( from two) in Pacific.

I was wondering the same thing about the combined map, so I combined the Europe, and Pacific maps. I tried to get the joint as seamless as possible. This full map is 108 x 48 Inches. I haven`t yet printed it, but looking forward to the print/table when I get a chance to build it.

I would immediantlty go for print but I am searching for this without the Vichy regime symbols on Southern France, North Africa and Syria… Anyone could help out?

There actually is. I have altered ILs great map for my own use and changed the vichy sign to french roundels, since we do not play the vichy. Also, the UK troops in pacific have a union jack roundel, since we would play with 7 people sometimes. Furthermore If have used one roundel per country, since there seemed a minor difference between the pacific roundels and the ones from europe.
