    As an aside, throughout this game this platform has not delivered the +2 damage for bombers in strategic raids… we’ve played by the same rules all along, so to this point, we can call it even. Going forward, should we add +2 to bombing runs, per the rules we’re using for this game, or should we deal with it as-is?

  • An important game today! I think Indy will put up a good fight, but will lose 34 - 24, or thereabouts.

    With the +2s, we’ll have to let each other know to subtract IPCs from our totals, if we choose to repair damage. So for example, if I were to roll a 3 in Volgograd, it would actually be a 5. On Germany’s turn, if they wanted to repair all of it, they could subtract 2 from their IPCs and repair 3 damage.

    Okay guys, Japan now controls 6 VC on the pacific map

    You have to retake a VC before the end of turn 19 or it is over.

    You will find 2 tr (undefended) in sz6 and 2inf, 2tnk in Japan

    Those units were purchased on J18, and were intended to be unload in Phi

    Unfortunately, it seems that there is another bug in the program because it doesn’t let me enter sz35 during my NCM with those 2 transports.

    I have checked here (page 10)  http://www.axisandallies.org/forums/index.php?topic=28562.msg1038537#new

    and apointed rules deputy Kcdzim says it is legal to NCM transports loaded into sz where there is an enemy sub, and that the transports can unload troops into friendly territory.

    Since, in this position, it really makes a big difference if those units are in Phi or not, i propose that we roll this battle here, with the forum dicey, if you choose to attack Phi.

    Sorry about that, but i hope you’ll be ok with that.

    It can be edited on US turn, so there will be no need to use the forum dicey.

    So, 2inf, 2tnk from Japan to Phi, 2tr sz6 to sz35 before USA play.

    We planned for a retake of either Phillipines or Kwangtung, but I don’t believe we saw your bombers hitting that transport off Australia.

    After all we’ve been through together, the rest of this turn will decide our fate!  :-D
