Tall Paul's Dad, a WW2 vet, passes away

My A&A Friends,
––My Dad, a 90-year old World War 2 veteran has died. His image is at left just prior to the Battle of the Bulge. I had hoped to have my Railroad & Military Museum up & going so he could share his experiences with others, but it wasn’t to be. I’ll try and post some WW2 pics of him at a later time.

As the greatest generation passes before our eyes, we cannot thank them enough for the freedom they preserved for us. We can never repay them but always thank them. You must be very proud and we are all sorry for your loss. Thank you for all your father has done and we appreciate his service to our country.
-
Paul, so sorry, for your loss. His service will always be remembered by us all. I will pray for you and your family.

Sorry for your loss, Paul. Sad to see another hero go. At least now he has seen the end of war.
-
Very sad to hear Paul, World War 2 Vets are mothers and fathers to all of us… may he rest in peace and be reunited with his comrades.
-
So very sorry to hear this Paul. My father also served in the Battle of the Bulge.

My deepest condolences to you Paul.
