G40 Waffen-SS Sturm Pioneer units

For use with Axis & Allies Global 1940 and Axis & Allies Global 1940 House Rules Expansion, we are about to start play testing German Waffen-SS Sturm Pioneer units
This rule will initially be an Optional Rule.
The Waffen-SS Sturm Pioneer units operate under Combat Engineer unit rules with a few exceptions.
One major advantage is, that the Waffen-SS Sturm Pioneer unit can perform an amphibious assault on its own - or it can move across a sea zone during Non-Combat Movement.
Though limited in numbers the unit is strong in all aspects of combat.
We start play testing this rule during the Axis & Allies G40 Expansion Tournament from the 25th to 27th October 2024.
