Permanent Ban … I got this today after stepping away from the game for 2 hrs
Filed an appeal but looks like these aren’t actively monitored… what to do???
In middle of 2 games. My son played a game while I was gone and turned on the VPN is that the cause?

I went through usernames yesterday and issued a few bans. What was yours?

Edit. Looked at the ticket and replied there. The username was inappropriate, far from “Longtime player”.

You should not boot people without warning like this IMO its not right and I did not intentionally do anything to my username in the last 8 years or so so if the policy changed, you should have alerted me or warned before permanently banning me. As I said its just not right.

I’m not sure exactly how my long-time username could offend anyone. How exactly is it offensive? Also I’ve had it for what 8-10 years and noone has complained and how exactly is a 100 bill unicode trickery? Please review this case and reinstate my account. If possible please let me know how to change the username if its offensive.
