I also took the liberty to do a Eastern Bloc vs Western Bloc scenario using the map and the AIs.

I wanted to mention that I did not just merely concede because things “did not look good” for the Axis, but that I don’t think there was any chance of turning the game around (proven by the AIs).

Yes, good game, sure rematch is fine.
Yes, at that point it was most likely (unless dice would mess it up) that the Allies were in a winning position.
Your main mistakes were speed and aggressiveness all trough the game. Plus purchases are very important.
The Allies were particularly effective in slowing the Axis down, keeping them in West-Ukraine and having a British landing fleet at Normandy very quickly plus I also kept control over Egypt and the Mediteranean was also quickly under control a couple of rounds after US were in the war.Lets switch sides and Ill show you what kinds of ways there are for the Axis to use speed agressiveness and surprise to their advantage.

Well its hard to explain, I believe you were a bit too slow, but looking back at our game its the best you could have probably done, seeing the UK invasion fleet you had to repell aswell.
