Like an infantry, only moves 1 more and costs 1IPC more.
This is same as mechanized infantry.
Since everyone seems sold on the 2-2-2-4 Mech inf for half-track, I think now the best concept for “Motorized Infantry” (That is, distinct from mechanized: mobile, but no light armor), is the “Jeep” concept from AA Accessories.

Now, of course, not every nation had “Jeeps”, but had other modes of mobile transport, like motorcycles, or cars (French in WWI). Using different sculpts, and renaming it Motorized Infantry, I think this piece fits into the game nicely.
another thing is that a transport can hold 2 each, just like an infantry.
