Who would win between a production model Panzer eight Maus and a production model O-I super heavy tank?

Two big, slow tanks, duking it out, almost like battleship fights (or not)-no other units (infantry, artillery, support units, aircraft, and others) are not allowed. Both sides are fully fuelled and loaded with ammunition. Both tanks never break down. Both tank crews are equal in capability. Who wins? Thank you!

Which of a Panzer VIII Maus and a IJA O-I super heavy would win in a duel?

Assuming Wikipedia has accurate information…
Better armor - Maus
Better main gun - Maus
Better secondary armament - Maus
Faster speed - O-I
Lighter - O-I
Shorter - Maus
Stronger engine - tie

To me, this would be a turning engagement. If the O-I can get behind the Maus before the Maus opens fire on the O-I, I could see the Japanese tank winning. Bring a straight-up gun duel and I think the Maus heavier weapons would wear down the O-I first. One lucky shot in the right place and whichever tank received it would lose.
