Sure are. We play a tourney at all 3 Strategicon events every year starting around 9am on Saturday and usually finishing Sunday night. Opponent agreed upon boards with 1940 Europe being preliminary default and 1940 global being finals default.

The tournament is Saturday til it ends. People are typically playing casually every day.
I see what you mean about the schedule. Looks like Tim was just a little late in filling out the paperwork. It’s back on now :D .

Oh, forgot to answer the time limit question… It depends on how many people are there. If we have three rounds, yes there’s a time limit on prelim rounds (enforced very softly). Think it was 7 hours last con. It was only enforced once, most games move quickly and are resolved by then. If there are only enough people for 2 rounds, there won’t be a limit.
