Just remember, turn 3 for the US and turn 4 for Russia, is when they can declare war, and if you declare war on the neutrals the other guy can move in and claim them. It’s definitely different though.
DO you want to redo that move? As it stands I think it will doom your invasion. With scrambling, up to 3 fighters can scramble to protect the sea zone. So when you do an amphibious invasion you have to account for a potential scramble as well as still being able to take the territory.
