Can AA guns fire at sea zones?

Hi, A&A newbie here and just joined the forum since I have a question about AA guns.

Can AA guns fire at aircraft in sea battles?

For example, can the AA gun in the UK fire at aircraft in its surrounding sea zone?

And can the AA gun in Germany fire at aircraft engaged in battle in the baltic sea?

No, the AA gun fires if enemy planes fly over the territory the AA gun is positioned in, only.

OK so land and water are always considered separate territories? Same with small islands in sea zones etc?

Yes.

Island groups (for example Solomon Islands) are considered one territory.
