Hi! I used to played this game on android and PC. Now i hope to play on android only. It is quite a long time since my last login and somehow i cannot login with my google account. The game on steam PC still works well. SO i hope to merge these 2 accounts and many thanks!

1st account: J****
2nd account: C****

merged account: using name and email from 1st account
please let me know if there is anything else i need to provide.

Thanks! The merge is successful! However, it seems that i still cannot login from an Android device. When i click login with a Google account, i got nothing but a circle. And i am trapped here forever… After i tried the offline mode, i found that there is nothing in my account info… Please refer to the attachments.

I hope to play this game on Android from now on, so could you please take a look again? And i am appreciated if you can help me with this. Sorry for bothering you guys twice and many thanks to you!!!

By the way, all screenshots provided are issues i faced BEFORE AND AFTER the merge. Seems that merge alone can’t fix them. Thanks for your notice.

That’s weird. The screenshot doesn’t show your correct Commander Name. Can you start the process on Android anew? When you click login with a Google account, is there any other option to log in?

I tried to uninstall and then reinstall the app; restart this app and even restart my phone. None of them works.

Besides, there are only two options. Login with google account or play offline. The first option lead to an endless circle while the second option, as you can see in my screenshots, failed to provide right information.

Maybe, just maybe, delete my google account from beamdog server is a possible way. Just reset everything and i may relogin the game with my google account? i cannot delete it by myself since i cannot login.(please refer to those screenshots)

On the other hand, since my android and pc accounts are merged, will my android account just disappear after i delete my PC account? i can do this but i need your confirmation that my google account will be deleted/reset so that i can play this game on google play again. This could be the last way for me to came out of this issue.
