What is the definition of “one complete turn”?
Situation: The Allies gain control of all three victory cities at the end of the round of Allied combat on Turn 9. The Germans are unable to counterattack on Turn 9.
At the end of the round of Allied combat on Turn 10, the allies have technically been in control of the cities for a complete turn (the end of allied combat turn 9 to the end of allied combat turn 10). This appears to be an allied win unless the intent was meant from the start of a whole new turn to the end of that whole new turn.
In the above example, would the Allies need to hold all three victory cities until the last phase of turn 10 or merely the end of their combat phase on turn 10 to claim the win?
