Napoleon in Europe Questions
-
Is Jim’s FAQ, the latest version?
Is there a link to the Charge and Gun Rules?
Besides the regular game, what all do you need for parts and is there a list?
If so, could someone provide a link?
Does someone know where I can get the white horses from Eagle games, without having to paint some?
Thanks,
John

Thanks Marc for the links, how have you been? :-)
I’ve been busy but well, thanks. Glad the links were helpful. I had the Eagle Games site bookmarked in my browser because I bought some extra boxed units from them several years ago, back in the days where people had to scrounge hither and yon for sculpts to fill the role of as-yet-nonexistent OOB A&A player nations like France. Definitely not what I’d call “the good old days”.

LOL, I hear you. Appreciate it, never the less. :-D

Hi John,
The rules clarification I have posted are the latest official posts that I am aware of before Eagle Games was gone. They were questions that were answered on Eagles Games forum by TFK, who was the official rules guy, just like Krieghund is here.
Boardgamegeek doesn’t have the charge the guns rules?

I haven’t been to this forum in years, but just saw this thread.
The link to the Charge the Guns variant/expansion rules for Napoleon in Europe is http ://dartagnan.us/NIE/. That will probably always be more up to date than any files posted at BGG.com or elsewhere.
Cheers,
Alan

Just in case anyone needs parts, or would like to build a game for way less than the $170-200 complete games are going for. This does raise a question. Why would anyone replace the pieces with Battue pieces to be left with an all cavalry variant?
