    two things:

    1. I posted that I wanted the AA gun from n italy to go to france before you posted so i will go ahead and edit that.
    2. The germans had 3 mechs in reserve that they were not able to place last round because when they took n. italy they lost the ability to produce in the factory and the max number of units that could be place were placed last round.

    i believe that germany doesn’t get the money back but we can ask gamer.  even if i got the money back (obviously the preferable scenario in general) i would have bought the same 3 mechs.
