Something to remember about infantry units in 1941, they were able to shoot down aircraft. So with this in mind it is possible to shoot down enemy aircraft. I don’t agree with them being able to shoot down bombers, but some realism is lost to “game” play. Of course as players, you all can agree to modify your own rules so long as all agree.
Transport Question

New to the game, and I love it so far…however, Im still a bit confused on transports. Basically, you can load a transport, move to another territory, and unload, all on the same turn (combat or non-combat move)right? Or do I have to wait till next turn to unload? Also, when this occurs, do I also have to declare an amphibious assault before my transport even loads the units?Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes…you can load, move, and unload all on the same turn.
You don’t necessarily have to declare an amphibious assault before you load your units, but if you’re loading them during the combat phase it’s generally assumed you’re going to attack with them. -
Thank you very much.

You can’t load units onto a transport during combat movement unless you’re attempting an amphibious assault with them on the same turn.

Thanks so much
