Dice Towers
-
After I posted pics of my gaming room, someone commented “Nice -where’s the dice towers?” I thought “What’s a dice tower?” After nosing around I figured it out and made a set. Sure frees up table space and quiets down the dice noise in the box tops that I’ve always used. The towers are made from 1" pine boards, glued & brad-nailed together then painted. I lined the interior and trays w/ green felt. My son suggested using his old G.I. Joe weapons that are glued to the front. I have some A&A decals coming to decorate the sides.

Awesome idea with those G.I. Joe weapons!

Yeah, very nice.

Those must be older GIjoe parts than I remember, I never got a guy with a BAR.
Course I always liked the Cobra guys better…

Now you just need a electric magnet on the bottom, a pedal and some loaded dice. Instant AA hits!

I’ve played with dicetowers many times, and I thinks it makes handrolls more random. This is great because it’s a pain when someone makes an effort to roll one or two by rolling the dice in a special way.
