Got it you’re right!
I was only looking in the National Objective section (p. 25-26)
Thank you!
Preview 5 of Europe 1940 is available. In this preview I cover the National Objectives:
Yay! Alright… Thanks for getting these up, it clarifies a few questions we had.
great,i was waiting for this, thanks mate for takeing the time to do the reviews
There are a couple of errors here:
Italy 2 should read “when there are no Allied surface _war_ships”.
United States 2 should read “the first time the US liberates”.
Awesome. The only thing I’m wondering about now is the optional tech rules. Tier one vs. Tier two? Do you pay 5 I.P.C.'s and roll a six? I never saw anyone go for tech in the old school A&A to be honest. I hope it’s different.
One question about global UK N.O. Can you pick which side to apply the bonus income too? The subs in the atlantic maybe not but it would be nice to give India 5 bonus income for ANZAC/Canada territories.
A few questions, Krieg.
For the British NO, do they have to by some herculean feat destroy the subs in the Baltic as well?
For the British and American liberation NO’s, do each of them have to take a different place from the Jerries, or if the UK lands, followed by the US, do both get the bonus?
1. Yes.
2. Each must capture/liberate a territory.
Hey, does it matter which side of the U.K. buys tech chips? Or can whoever has money left over do it?
Either economy can invest in weapons development.
A few questions, Krieg.

1. Yes.
That makes that NO kinda useless.
Are both UK NO’s to be applied only in the Western Theater? Or can you give the Pacific Theater the bonus income? Especially the 5 IPC for ANZAC/ Canada territories?
All UK NO IPCs in the global game go to its Europe economy.
So France doesn’t get 4 free infantry when Paris is liberated in E40, only in G40?
It happens in both games. However, this is a political rule rather than an NO, so it really shouldn’t be listed in this article at all.
Thanks Krieghund.
“Bonus” is spelled incorrectly in the title. It’s a great preview though, tx!
