  • As for my Japan play, I certainly will ask after the game for any comments on what you would have done at certain stages. Tough to grow when 18 inf on one side, Chinese/Russian stack on the other and Brits in the south. Looking forward to suggestions how to cope!


  • Well I could have been more conservative and did africa only battles instead of middle east.

    That would give up the NOs there which is the problem. Allies start global in a losing position and it puts the pressure on the allies to make things happen.

    When you play the maps individually europe half and pacific half… the game is pretty even… but the pressure on the axis to make things happen. In global the allies have to play desperately. That is just how it is.


  • To be honest, I did not expect the pacific to look like this at this moment, otherwise I may have done things differently in Europe. I still have an income advantage, but that is only because Japan did not get all the islands or deny the burma road from China or get siberia. I am sure you will pick something to work at soon.

    I am just going to shove everything at you and hope for the best lol.


  • I still really wanted to play the allies for fun. Winning a tournament like this is rough to begin with, luck is needed. It is not like anyone is bad.

    Just some minor adjustments to your Japan and you will be fine.

  • Winning is not everything. I acknowledge you had more than a fair share of bad luck. Life is tough for Japan and I dont know how it ends, but I offer you this: Take Malaya with one inf remaining, lose the art and the fighter. Hope its not hypocritical, its no reroll of course but its still an honest offer.
