I was asked if I want to attack the TT off Malaya and declined….dont know why. In any case, I did not do naval bombardments and edited away the TT according to what I wanted. Should be ok.
I have been really tempted to suicide 2 fighters against SITA (knock out one Italian unit hopefully), NCM the US carrier to SZ95, then hit SITA again with the UK (inf, art, 2 fig, strat) … if the US gets a fighter hit, then the UK would probably sack Rome at the cost of a US carrier and 2 fig. Failure would be such a waste though, that the risk isn’t quite worth the reward.

Sorry that took so long. Usually when I play the Allies, I’m losing so bad by this point that I concede. In the rare games where that doesn’t happen, I’m usually winning so handily that I don’t need to think very hard or run many simulations.
In this game, we’re pretty even unit-wise and I have to keep running the odds on Gibraltar, Moscow, Egypt, and any SZ I have ships, sending planes in all directions every turn to keep things balanced :-o
In sum, next time I need a bigger bid to take Allies :-P
