This move is legal as long as i send a unit (the destroyer in sz92) attacking sz91, so we can imagine that the single destroyer will wipe the entire US fleet, allowing the Aircraft carrier to go to sz104 on NCM to provide a landing spot for the fgt.

    However, for no reason that i can think of, the Triple A program only allow me to send 1 fgt…which is stupid because if it is possible for 1 fgt, it should be possible for 2.

    So, would you mind if i roll that battle on the forum and edit the result on the map ?

    I have to give you the prize for greatest use of a normal rule outside the box. Never, ever would I have thought it possible to kill the blockers in SZ104. Without looking it up, it seems like a valid use of the rules.

    It is completely legal (Krieg has mentioned it numerous times), and it is a classic tricky attack that has always been possible in every version of Axis and Allies…

    Someone did it to me once, and i lost 7 fully loaded transports…since then, i’ve been traumatized and i’m always double checking that kind of stuff before posting my turn…

    Will post Italy tonight.

    Uh ? If there is a german fgt as cargo (didn’t see it, thought it was on Gib), then you are totally right, only 1 fgt can do it. That would explain why the program doesn’t allow me to send the 2 fgt from SIta…

    Will check it out in a few hours, when i come home.

    Since Septimus was going to France (from Montreal, Quebec) yesterday, i’m going to post his turn, but he’s suposed to be able to play his next turn.
