I bring air-cover and extra ships for bombard on the Philippines because you always have the choice to scramble but it would be 1 less defender on the island and I bought enough I figured you didn’t want to chance 1 fgt vs 2 ca, 1 tac, 1 ac (scramble cancels bombardment just keep that in mind though).
