Airbases with 3 or more damage are not operational. Presumably this applies to rockets too.
I also read that they fire independently.
You are correct on both issues.
:-)
Can frienly units scamble with thier friendly powers planes? Example; Germany is attacking the UK ships in sea zone 110 on G1. The UK can now scramble the two figters from the UK. QUESTION: Can the ANZAC plane scramble too?
Yes, if the ANZAC player wants to. The limit of three total air units still applies.
Since when can you fkin scramble from the U.K.? Don’t step in the Bull Sht Gray blaze!
NEW SCRAMBLE RULES…now coastal and islands can scramble to adjacent sz
AARGH! MY EVIL PLANS HAVE FAILED!
so sealion now comes down 100%to dice?
pfff, prefer yathzee then, same objectives…
Since Alpha Plus was put out by Larry Harris…. you gotta’ watch the BS too…
My friend and I were debating the new Scramble rules which apply to London amongst others. One thing that my buddy argued was why do the interceptors take bombers as casualties first? I had said that it seems to make sense. Then I was watching the movie Pearl Harbor and the Battle of Britain scene. What do the British Interceptors do? Go after the bombers first.

I think the new scramble / bombing rules and AWESOME. A lot of fun to play.
The new scrambling rules make sense. It also means that the UK can scramble fighters to defend its fleet right?
In the sea zones adjacent to London, Yes.
Can you split the fighter being scrambled into different sea zones
i.e.
Germany attacks sea zones all containing at least one Allied naval unit:
109
119
111
If there are three fighters in Scotland can I scramble one fighter to each sea zone?
Yes.
As long as you have an airbase there.
@13thguardsriflediv:
As long as you have an airbase there.
And the airbase is operational
If an airbase becomes non-operational due to SBR, does that prevent scrambling on that turn? (Since SBR happens “first”)
In other words, if Germany was able to knock out the AB in the UK, and the UK saved their fighters for a naval battle in 110, could the UK scramble to protect 110 on that German turn?

Scrambling occurs before SBRs, so bombing a base won’t prevent scrambling in the same turn.
